1. The Service
Kearns Residents Directory is a private reference that describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections concerning Kearns, Utah. It does not host government records and is independent of every office, court, and records custodian.
2. Permitted Use

Utah law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Public-record references are discussed in the context of Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act, Utah Code Title 63G, Chapter 2, which applies to records held by government custodians.
12. Severability
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
